

About Me.
Brad Davenport is the managing member of Davenport Law, PLLC. His diverse practice spanning over 25 years includes: business and commercial transactions, estate planning, real estate law, collections and lien law, and oil and gas matters.

He has been admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma District Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Among Brad’s reported cases are: Oklahoma Department of Securities v. Blair, 231 P.3d 645, Blue Sky L. Rep. P 74, 822, 2010 OK 16; Oklahoma Department of Securities v. Wilcox, 267 P.3d 106, Blue Sky L. Rep. P 74, 950, 2011 OK 82.
Born in Duncan, Oklahoma and raised in Marlow, Oklahoma, Brad graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Letters. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000 from Vanderbilt University Law School. While in law school, Brad served as Professional Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.

Brad is an avid reader who enjoys popular fiction, the occasional biography or historical non-fiction, and classic literary works. He also enjoys coaching and assisting with youth cross-country and track and field and currently serves on the Athletic Commission and is the Track Coordinator for the Catholic School of St. Eugene. Brad and his wife, Katie, have one daughter, Amelia. They enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
